Members from all sections in West Wirral were Shooting For The Stars at the Cheshire Phoenix Basketball Experience day on the 12th March. The afternoon was packed with action from basketball drills with the coaches, to meeting with the players, and ending the day by watching Cheshire Phoenix vs Bristol Flyers. Unfortunately the game was won by the Flyers in a close nit game; 82 – 87.
Despite the score, this did not dampen a fantastic experience for everyone involved. Thank you to Cheshire Phoenix for having us!
